Tough Boy Combination Scraper/Brush


Description / Application

The Bilco Tough Boy™ combination scraper/brush tool is dressed with scraper blades which lead and brush elements that trail. This configuration provides the scrape and scour effect necessary to prepare the casing and liner ID in special applications. The scraper blades and brush elements provide 360-degree coverage of the casing or liner ID. Bilco combination scraper/brush tools will add value to your clean-up displacement string by reducing the number of separate tools sacrificing the desired effect of the tools.

Operation

Bilco Tough Boy combination tools are recommended for short casing or liner lengths where there will not be any requirements to set bridge plugs or packers. This tool may also be run as a stand-alone device in the drill string. The same toughness and reliability are built into every tool designed and manufactured by Bilco. Tough Boy combination scraper/brush tools are compatible with the entire line of Bilco wellbore clean-up tools.
