Czech Boy Flow Check Sub

Description / Application

The Czech Boy™ flow check sub is an internal ball valve sub used to direct fluid flow to tools located above the check while allowing the tubing below to fill from annulus and bit. The Czech Boy is generally used in a short trip application along with the Swift Boy™ riser jetting tool and Big Boy™ waste retriever.

Operation

This tool is primarily used below the riser/wellhead jetting tool to direct all flow through the jet nozzles during a designated jetting run. By directing the flow through the jet nozzles high exit velocities and flow rates can be established.
