BAM Make-up Analysis System

The Bilco Analyzed Makeup (BAM™) systems provide state-of-the-art technology, a user-friendly program, hold torque plotting and inclusion of the Bilco Connection Signature Tracer (CST™), a system which can supply reliable and accurate measurements of both torque and connection strain. Additionally, pipe testing data, including test pressures and the Bilco Pressure Signature Tracer (PST™), is displayed simultaneously to assure leak-free connections.

The Bilco Analysis Makeup System is based around state-of-the-art technology, an industrially hardened IBM T compatible computer. The computer enclosure is constructed according to API and NFPA recommended specifications for electrical installations on drilling rigs and production platforms, Class 1 – Division 2.

BAM systems utilizes a high resolution color monitor to graphically present the measured variables of torque, RPM, top and bottom turns, and time so that the interrelationship of all variables is clearly identified
