Description / Application

Bilco's Flow Check Sub is an internal ball valve sub used to direct fluid flow to tools above while allowing pipe below to fill from annulus and bit.  It is generally used in a short trip application along with the Wellhead Jetting Tool and Multi Use Waste Retriever.

Operation

This tool is primarily used below the Wellhead-Jetting Tool to direct all flow through the jet nozzles during a designated surface jetting run.  By directing the flow through the jet nozzles an exact exit velocity and flow rate can be established.
