Hydraulically activated sliding "Precision" spider (exposes a 21" diameter opening when slid back) facilitates running of large diameter completion components and prevents damaging control lines and umbilicals.  An integral hydraulic arm to guide and position control lines and umbilicals for accurate and rapid positioning and safe operations is included.

 The Bilco patented "Precision Slip" design compensates for misalignment between the string and the slips as well as string motion, causing even distribution of the load over the length of the slips, thus eliminating slip "damage" and eliminates slip "marking" to the tubing or casing.
