Bilco Analyzed Make-Up "B.A.M."

The Bilco Analysis Makeup System provides state-of-the-art technology; a "user-friendly" program; a featured "hold torque" plotting; and a system inclusion of Bilco's Connection Signature Tracer (CST), a system which can supply reliable and accurate measurements of both torque and connection strain. Additionally, Pipe Testing Data, including test pressures and Bilco's new Pressure Signature Tracer (PST) is displayed simultaneously to assure leak free connections.

State-of-the-Art Technology

The Bilco Analysis Makeup System is based around an industrially hardened IBM T compatible computer. The computer enclosure is constructed according to API and NFPA recommended specifications for electrical installations for drilling rigs and production platforms, Class 1 - Division 2.

The BAM System utilizes a high resolution color monitor to graphically present the measured variables of torque, RPM, top and bottom turns, and time so that the interrelationship of the variables is clearly identified.
